At Santa Barbara Beautiful, we believe that the aesthetics of a place matter. Since 1965, Santa Barbara Beautiful has funded the planting of over 13,000 city street trees, provided over five hundred thousand dollars in grants to support local art and design projects, funded scholarships to students majoring in horticulture and architecture, and celebrated numerous individuals, organizations and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional efforts to make Santa Barbara beautiful.

Fifteen years in the making, we have completed and are proud to present the Santa Barbara Beautiful History Project: Past Presidents’ Oral History “In Their Own Voice” – Volume 1. Jump to Issuu today to take a look, or download the PDF.
